A new web20 startup has been added to the Go2web20.net directory. It is called Coventi Pages. It is a collaborative utility for document authoring and review that runs in the web browser.
I took the time to watch their demo and have to say that I was quite impressed with its features. Perhaps, Google could buy their product and replace Google Docs with it. A free account is available!
